 This service was routine based and had no issues with the vehicle.  I spent over $1,400.00 in planned maintenance services to keep my vehicle serviced according to the manufacturers recommendations.  When I picked the vehicle up after the service was completed and drove it home I noticed a noise that I never heard before.  I contacted Christian Brothers several days later and told them there was a noise and was told it was probably the belt and it it didn't go away in a few days to bring the vehicle back.  I took the vehicle back and  upon further discovery I was told it was the water pump that was making the noise and that it needed to be replaced.  The water pump was replaced by Christian Brothers and it was new so I didn't understand why it would need to be replaced.  I was told that sometimes they could be bad.  So they said that they would replace this but several hours later they called me and stated that there was a belt tennionser that was defective and it needed to be replaced.  So this was replaced costing over $300.00. There was nothing wrong with this part when I took the vehicle in for the routine service but this problem developed after they performed the service on the vehicle.  I did get a professional opinion from the dealership and it seems at least according to the dealer service that possibly the tennisioner was either over tightened or incorrectly reinstalled.

They have ignored me and simply do not care about the customer.  I believe that the service tech that performed work on my vehicle caused additional damage that resulted in additional cost to me and believe that the business has overcharged me. Stay away from this business! Their actions have devalued their name! Hypocrisy!!!
