 I took my vehicle to Christian brothers automotive in Rockwall Texas for an inspection and emissions test after moving to this state. After leaving my car they called me and said my car wouldn't pass! even before they ever ran the diagnostics. (There was a light on on my dash because the gas cap wasn't on tight enough) after telling me "It would cost $1,000.00 to fix what needed fixed and then proceded to say "well you know what BMW stands for right,? Bring more wallet"!!! Hummmm, funny?? I don't know. Unprofessional! I told them I would have to pick up my car for the week end and would talk it over w my husband. When I went to pick up my car they forgot to leave the keys under my car matt. This was on Friday @ 8pm and they didn't reopen until Monday morning. my car would have to be parked there all week end and unlocked! Irresponsible! I took the vehicle to have a 2nd opinion and inspection and guess what, nothing was wrong or needed repaired on the car after all and it passed emissions.
