Christian Debt Consolidators A New Horizon Fraud - Kept our initial deposit promised to return with a completion certificate Boca Raton, Florida

April 2009 worked with A New Horizon from Ft. Lauderdale to combine credit card payoff. Contract made and all kinds of documentation sent via email and fax and Fedex. They turned everything over to Christian Debt Consolidators originally in Deerfield Beach, then moved to Boca Raton.  Initial deposit made to them of $1200 guaranteed returned after completion of 5 year terms of contract. End of 4th year we received all new forms and they wanted to switch it to another debt consolidation company.  We borrowed the balance and paid them off with certified funds and registered mail.  This was even signed for by a "Rosenblum" at Boca Raton and spoke to a man there who said we would receive our money is 6 to 8 weeks. That was Aug 20, 2012.  I tried calling a week later and phone was disconnected.  I tried faxing and that was disconnected.  My husband and I are Christians and felt that dealing with someone else who professed to be Christians would be great.  all was fine for 4 years and we reduced our debt from just over $50,000 to $12,000.  We borrowed the balance from our local credit union and now need our deposit back.    What a rip-off to keep moving and calling yourselves "Christian" when you are deceiving honest individuals
