Christian Mingle CM Fails to honor their agreement but won't refund Internet

 I have been on 6 dating sites and the worse has been Christian Mingle.  Yes, they all have scammers and con artist but none seem to have as many as CM.  Also, CM does not seem to be able to protect their site from hackers.  I have never had any one hack in and tamper with my information on any other site.  However, in a matter of weeks it happened 3 times on Christian Mingle.  Then CM punishes the client. 

They kept suspending my account, insisted I create new emails to keep track of, and refused to give credit for the time I lost.  As far as I'm concerned, CM violates our contract/agreement to provide me with a specific service.  When they suspend my profile because someone hacked their system, I should be able to get a refund.  They tried to blame ne but I keep seeing messages where they have suspended others.  We deserve a refund and their customer service reps are stubborn and didn't seem to care.
