Christian Mingle Took My Money - Then Suspended My Account Internet

Today, I opened a new account on christianmingle.com.  I completed a profile and went to pay for a 1 month subscription ($33.98).  After my payment was accepted, literally within seconds I went to sign back into the account and found that "your account has been suspended by an administrator..."

Needless to say, I was livid!  What company kicks a customer out after they pay for a service???  Christian Mingle obviously has some very poor business practices and, thus far, has displayed no interest in rectifying the situation (no refund, no account access, no responses to any of my attempts to contact them).

I do not recommend anyone utilize this sites services - for no apparent reason, my account was suspended.  My account was clean, no obscenities, no foul language, no "alternate" contact information snuck into my description...I can see no reason why my account was suspended.  Further, they take the liberty to suspend the account but fail to provide a reason why or any kind of notice.

Since I got absolutely no use from the site after paying for my subscription, due to their own actions, I want a refund of the entire purchase price of that subscription.
