I was financing a Jeep Liberty - which had three re- calls in the first two years. One was not performed correctly and after almost six or seven attempts to trade the car in - I went to FREEHOLD Pontiac GMC Freehold NJ who then - took my vehicle JEEP (Black) Promised me as a DEaler that there would be no issues with Chrysler!  They as my dealer took the keys and sold me a 2009 Pontiac Torrent. AGAIN Chrysler was completely informed that their vehicle was not serviced correctly and a list of engine and mechanical failures. I was a sales rep - still am - and relied on my vehicle daily to take me from place to place. AFTER NO Resolution - GMC Freehold - AGAIN - assured me " we will get you out of the jeep - no more worries!"  - I trusted the dealer.  I trusted Chrysler.  Everyone was in constant contact.  The balance was to be voided or reduced into my new car. I paid almost 500 a month for the TORRENT.  Traded it in in 2013 after almost 4 years.  All was OK I thought!! I NOW have a 9467 judgement against my HOME : at 16 Cardinal Lane HOWELL NJ!  UNACCEPTABLE.  This should never be!!  I would have NEVER returned the JEEP snd gotten into the Torrent IF I knew what was REALLY going on! I was scammed and this must be escalated - this judgement must be removed immediately!!! It has affected my ability in life - it is almost 10K !!! It is wrong and I have 2 FT college students.  I am also a cancer survivor with many medical bills. MY HOME is my only asset. My credit is critical to my abilities in the future! CHRYSLER needs to go to the dealer as they took responsibility of the vehicle at trade in! WHY am I responsible and hindered - WHY any JUDGEMENT! I want this removed. I was lied to - I was mislead! I was ripped off for sure!

I need this removed asap!  I need no other problems with CHRYSLER nor the Management at GMS Freehold Pontiac who oddly - became GMC BUICK - I wonder why?? Probably to protect themselves for what they did to me - YEARS LATER this 9467.00 judgement is on my home! AFFECTS me in life and I did nothing wrong but bring a defective vehicle to a dealer as a trade and got into a new finance. NO one told me they did not pay off Chysler - No one told me this was going to be! Unacceptable ! I need it eliminated asap!!

Do you have a written agreement from Freehold Pontiac that states they accepted financial responsibility for the balance due on the Jeep?

The DEALER Took Responsibility of My Jeep AT SIGNING

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, October 21, 2015

Chryselr : I am terribly sorry that the car dealers are more worried about making quick sales then caring for the manufacturers and the customers!

WHY would I want this?  How could I possibly finance a "then" 21,000 Pontiac Torrent PLUS pay for a defective - turned in for trade (9467 value left) - which let me add - 6000K of it was added to the Torrent and they (the DEALER) specifically told us as you surrender here - we auction your vehicle - which they DID I got a report about four months later - they GOT 13,000K at an AUCTION!

I am not responsible - that is why I went to the dealership to legally trade in a vehicle that was costing me i towing charges - the jeep as Chrysler knew collapsed on rt 9 - with my children and I in it !!!! WE almost got kileed - I did nothing but take it back - because we were safe - and I was completely unsafe!

I NEED CHRYSLER to remove this from my peoperty!!! I need this handled through your dealers that YOU PAY to sell the garbage - Liberty of that make and model year.  I had numerous issues - key was stuck numerous times in ignition.  The car itseld almost tikted over how many times when i rain ?? They finally updated the issues the following year!

I was misled and LIED to by the dealership as to the nature of the sale and the nature of the return!  My own mom - GOD BLESS HER since passed away and co signed with my dad I think back then  and so many times then told me please turn this in - it is truly unsafe!

Bottom line - all these years later it now shows up as a judgement??? Very fishy!!   I need this removed it is affecting my life with credit and my children. It is affecting my home which I have owned and occupied since 2001 - it looks very bad when I pay my bills and had cancer and that is the only reason my scores should be low.  I would have NEVER gone to the dealer - all those managers were fired and the dealership name moved to new ownership.

PLEASE I am asking nicely for last time - read in its entirety it is the delaership who took possession during my trade not me!! They were to pay Chrysler! ALSO again that vehicle was sold at auction for 13,465.

“CHRYSLER needs to go to the dealer as they took responsibility of the vehicle at trade in!”

Do you have a written agreement from Freehold Pontiac that states they accepted financial responsibility for the balance due on the Jeep?

“WHY any JUDGEMENT! I want this removed.”

You walked away from a financial agreement; therefore, the civil court judge ruled against you after you presented your case. Game over.
