Just wanted to write on the great customer service from chrylser
I had an Email sent to me from Chrylser. This was best customer support that i have ever received from a company in my life (not really). I have had so
many problems with my 2002 sebring that has all the amenites you could ask for. Before I drove the car off the lot I heard a strange noise in the engine. I of course did not hear when I test drove it. Now the car make the noise about ten times a day and it is chronic.
I called customer support about two weeks ago and simply asked them if i could get my car in the shop for some other things besides the noise. I wanted them to waive the fifty dollar fee just to get the car in the door. They said no. The car is over the warranty by ten thousand miles. It has been in the shop four times for
the noise in the engine in which they can not fix. And they couldnt just waive one fee. Then at the end of the phone call i was agitated and told them that i would not recommend their crappy azz cars to anyone i know and
that was exact.
No other language used at all. So the gentleman said he
was going to terminate the phone call due to profane language. Now most customer service people would do their best when they heard that someone was upset. They should take care of it to the best of their ability. But he was so eager just to get off the phone and not worry about it at all. Then I was hung up on. Now i feel real dumb for buying a $20,000 vehicle from a
company that cant help anyone with the pride and the willingness it should take. Then to make things worse i received an e-mail later that week. I
copied this off my e-mail . Here it goes.
Dear Lewis:
The reason you were hung up was a direct result of the profanity you were using.
Your warranty has expired and you have no case with the manufacturer. Furthermore, any future correspondence regarding this matter will not be responded to.
You are welcome to call in and start with a clean slate. However, you may want to sound educated and refrain from using profanity.
Thank you for the e-mail.

Wow SOUND EDUCATED I have never i my life been told anything like that ever.
That was the worst customer service I have ever recieved. He does not know me. Using the word Azz does not make anyone non-educated. I was sorry that I offended him and I have sent a formal appology e-mail to the company for my usage of A words. I just wanted to write the paper to share my story.
If this isnt the right department then please foward it to the right one.
Thanks Lewis Gulley Hope you can print this some where .
