CIC Credit Monitor Service (aka Consumerinfo.com) ripoff you can stop them Orange California

I never signed up for this service. I have no need of the service, as I work for an auto dealership and have access to my credit report whenever I want it. They have debited my acct. for $79.95 without my authorization.

When you try to file a complaint to get your money back they tell you their computers are down for maintenance. I have called all day ,get the same story from them.

Nobody bothers to take information (for whenever thier computers come back up). These guys are total rip offs and frauds they must have hacked my information, so now I have to change my account info so they don't do this again. I have alerted my bank who got the same story about the computers when they called this company, so they are on the alert for anymore transactions from theses thieves.

Stop them now, here are numbers to call to lodge complaints against them National Fraud Committe 1-800-876-7065, International Trade Commision 1-800-680-7289 and the IFCC you can file a report on-line with them, they work with the FBI to stop Internet fraud. Lodge complaints with all 3. If enough complaints are lodged we can shut these guys down. Also, a Class Action Suit has been filed against consumerinfo, join the lawsuit.
