CIC Credit Monitor SVC ripoff UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION NA California

I called this company and went postal on them. I would like to inform everyone that if you went to the www.freecreditreport.com website and went through this to get a FREE, (meaning you don't pay) credit report be informed that if you look at the terms and conditions they have posted that after 30 day's or something like that that you will stay a member and be charged 79.95.

I informed them that I was BS and I didn't care if they have an extra link where it told me this. I told the rep that it needs to be on the same page where you sign up for. However, call them and rip them a new one by just yelling at them until they cancel the membership and refund your money. We need to continue to harass them until they make people better informed as to what will happen.

I informed them that if you want to continue to use this service that you don't have to do anything and you get charged is BS and that they are falsely stating the way a 30 day trial period works.

I told them that after 30 days the membership should be dropped NOT continue without authorization. Just keep in mind YELL and SCREAM and them basically go postal. Inform them that you have filled for investigation and reported it to many other places.
