I noticed this CIC credit Monitoring service on my bank account for $9.95. I immeditiley went to the internet and found a cancel address. I e-mailed them and didn't think about it agian untill this month agian they charged me for $9.95. I called 800-220-2626. They assured me that they don't know how a confermation e-mail wasn't sent out and they were very sorry. The service rep i talked to told me about 10 times " you don't need to worry"!!! Yeah RIGHT! But i did get some where she told me they would send me out a Visa Card with $25 dollors on it.. So we will see! If this happened to YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT!! THey should have to pay!
