CIC Credit Monitoring SVC ripoff-unauthorized $79.95 charge TWICE Orange Internet

A year ago I went to CIC for a free credit report and got charged $79.95. I called the 1-800 number that was listed on the website numerous times and was told each time that my service(which I never signed up for) had been cancelled and that I would get a refund.

After a few months I gave up on getting the refund, however, when I checked my bank account today, one YEAR later, I found another charge for $79.95 from CIC.

I am currently working with my bank to have the charges removed as I can not get an answer from CIC.

Aparently I have been charged an automatic renewal for a service that I never signed up for, cancelled once I knew about, and never recieved.

Do not use this company!
