Cic Credit Monitoring Svc ripoff Orange California

I am a united states sailor currently on deployment, and i just checked my bank account on-line only to find that i was missing nearly 80.00... 79.95 to be exact, the charge came from a company called cic credit monitoring. I have never heard of said company let alone applied for a credit report. needless to say i am a little "peeved" that this company is getting away with ripping off their fellow americans both civilians and the service members who are dying to protect their freedoms. action needs to be taken to put these creeps down for good... and fast.first thing in the morning i will be on the horn to my bank to get refunded, and to see what i can do to help shut them down.
