billed 79.95 for something I never agreed to or ever heard of until I looked at my credit statment

Idon't know anything about this company.Or how they got my credit card #.Ijust know it's got to be illegal charging people for stuff they haven't ordered.
Someone needs to put a stop to this kind of fraudulent billing to credit card holders.
