CIC Triple Advantage How to beat CIC Triple Advatage at their own game Irvine California

We went to freecreditreport.com and signed up for two "Free" credit reports; one for me, one for my husband. We noticed charges on our checking account shortly after. Twice a month (for mine and his reports) they charged us. Finally, after calling our bank and cancelling the debit card we used at freecreditreport.com, the charges stopped. If you want to get rid of the monthly charges, cancel the credit or debit card you used to unknowingly sign up for the service, then order a new credit or debit card with a new number on it. Hope that makes sense b/c doing that has saved us $25.00 a month from their bogus and fraudulant charges. Don't bother calling your bank or credit card company to dispute the charges and especially don't waste your time calling CIC Triple Advantage; just cancel the card and order a new one...too easy.
