Cic Triple Advantage cancelled account 11-18-06 and they kept chargeing me. Irvine California

i cancelled account 11-18-06 but they kept charging me. I had been sick and i hadn't been paying attention to my account. I called them 5-20-08 and they told me that i had called and cancelled on 11-18+-06 but i decided to keep the account , which is a total lie.

when i called them 5-20-08 the girl kept argueing with me , telling me i wanted the account. she kept saying the same thing over and over again, like she was reading it from a sheet.

when i asked to talk to her supervisor she put me on hold for 8 minutes. whsen she returned to the phone she said that they would refund 2 mos. and she gave me an addresss to write to , to try and get the rest of my money.

i never used this account beyond the first free credit report.
