CIC CREDIT MONITOR SVC ripoff Orange California

I am complaining in behalf of my sister, who tried the free credit report online. Sure enough she got billed the 79 dollars, but not once, she got charged twice. She called the agency and after getting the run around she finally was able to speak to someone in spanish that said that she had ordered the product twice, but that she was to get a full refund for both transactions. It has been a while and she has not seen one penny back in her account. The worst part is that she had to pay also for bounced checks.

The goverment should definetely take action on this matter and place this business out of circulation. If Arnold is out there listening, you should take action on these type of people and not hones working individuals.
