Cinergy Health Insurance Debited my checking account 6 months after I requested they stop drafting Nationwide

This company misrepresents its intensions to provide you a service related to medical payments. It is not a reputable company because none of the doctor offices and hospitals that I have visited have heard of the service they claim to provide, and they collect from your bank account even after you cancel their service of which you/I did not reap any rewards for the fee charged...my doctors have never heard of and have not been contacted regarding network and/or any discounts to customers from their offices...when my doctor called Cinergy...they were told they were not in the network and after several question which they could not answer the representative hangs up on the doctors office. I have till yet to find any employee at a doctor's office who knows anything abount Cinergy Health and their claims to provide an insurance..
