Cintas Cintas - The Service Professionals False Promises-Poor Service-Ridiculous Price Increases-Stuck for 5 Years!! Houston Texas

2 years ago I signed a contract for cleaning supplies with Cintas. Within 5 months they brought forward a ridiculous price increase that I was told I had no control over. When we signed up for services, I was told that if at any time we were not happy with their services that we needed to let them know and that if they were not able to correct the problem then we could cancel the contract. We recently decided to do so and were told very directly that we were obligated for the entire 5 year period or a 5K buy out. This is absolutely crazy. They have not offered any assistance in this matter and continue to bill us well beyond what we were origionally told. I have read all of the reviews on this company since this all started and would highly recomend not using them. There contract explainations are deceptive at best.
