I have been with SNAAC for a year as a customer. I have been making my payments on time. I ran into a snag and sent them a partial payment last month. I sent the whole amount for this months payment. I had my bank account compromised and stop making automatic payments and I mail them in instead. I receive calls practically everyday being threatened and harassed. I wish that I had never been financed by them. The representatives are rude and hateful and try to scare me. I am trying to trade my vehicle, but no other dealership wants to pay it off because of the negative equity. This company is a big rip off.

The facts of life

AUTHOR: coast - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, July 08, 2016

Susan, apparently you are confused as to the concept of a public forum. You posted your complaint leaving it wide open for anyone to comment. If you don’t want others to know your business then don’t post it.

You admit to not honoring the financial agreement then you complained that the lender was calling. Well of course they are going to call. If someone failed to repay you as agreed wouldn’t you attempt to call that person? Of course you would! Would you consider that harassment? Not likely!

If you are upside-down on your loan it’s because you paid too much for the vehicle or you elected to stretch out the payments over a long time. It may be a case of buyer’s remorse but most certainly is not a rip-off.

So what was the solution....

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, July 08, 2016

It is good that your problem was solved, but what was the solution?

Let me guess...it involved you paying the delinquent amount.

I wonder if you will ever link the "solution" back to why they were "threatning" and "harassing" you in the first place?

It is none of your business!!!!! You are a person that thinks that you have it going on. Look at yourself before you point your fingers at others. Like I said you must work for the company or better yet, you probably own it. I know you have read other comments from customers that were dissatisfied with SNAAC. Get a life Robert!!!!!! You need to crawl back under the rock you came from!!!!! You must live a miserable life that you have to make stupid comments. My situation has been solved. As I stated before, mind your own business and take care of you and I am most definitely taking care of mine!!!!! You must be s Trump supporter!!!! Everything that comes out of your mouth is stupid!!!!!

Even more typical...

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, July 07, 2016

Not only was your original report typical of someone with an entitlement attitude of a sub-prime borrower, your response was even more typical.

As this may be a shock for you but you are the one who posted on a PUBLIC web site.  Where as you have seen the PUBLIC may not always agree with you.  But just like you are free to post here...so is the PUBLIC.  If you don't like you you are free to start your own site where you can make your own rules where only people that agree with you can post.

I do like your "just for the record".  As yes just for the record you say you told them you had your account compromised. You never really said how it was compromised?  Did you have funds taken out?  Did the bank reimburse you if you did?

It is funny how you failed to put down "for the record" what they said.  Did they say you could pay only a partial payment. Did they say you didn't have to make it up the next month?  Please tell us "for the record" specifically what they agreed to.

Oh and no I do not now or have I ever worked for this or any other finance company, and would have said just about the same thing regardless of the company you wrote on.

Robert mind your business

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, July 06, 2016

Just for the record, I told SNAAC that I had a issue with my bank account and that it was compromised. You must work with the company and that is you made such a stupid comment. Or you are a coward and do not have the nerve to make a comment. In the future, mind your business and leave me alone. In other words, if you don't pay my bills, you have no say in my affairs.

Typical..

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 06, 2016

Yes the typical, sub-prime attitude that a company must just accept whatever they are paid and actually bow down to you for "trying" to make a payment even though you are having difficulties.  You say this is wrong?  Really?  So I guess you called them in advance and told them that you could only pay a partial payment.  You of course asked them if it was okay to just not pay that difference the next month.  And of course they said..no problem...right?  Remember a partial payment doesn't make things right.and you are still considered delinquent.

And that attitude is EXACTLY why you are with a Sub-Prime lender to begin with.  You see what is really going on here is that you are delinquent, and as such the company is doing what is in their rights to attempt to collect this delinquent amount from you.

You of course with your "entitlement" attitude consider it harrassment and threats that they have the nerve to try and collect the delinquent amount.  But the fact is that if you continue to be delinqnent what they are telling you are not threats...they are facts.  They have the legal right to reposess your car AND still charge you for any deficency balance on the loan after they sell your car at auction.

If you think a different lender would treat you any different, you are going to be in for a rude surprise.  In fact if you do end up getting your car reposessed, if you think these people are bad just wait until the next company you get.  As there are many companies that use GPS tracking devices that not only disable your car if you fail to make a FULL payment, it makes it really simple to track it down and reposess your car for being only a few days late.
