This company is the worst, they pray upon military and once your out, they are sneaky and deceptive. Every month I pay 492.00 at a rate of 21%. Today I called to make the payment and I'm told I owe 603.00, I tell them I'm not going to pay anything other than my normal payment of 492.00, now I look at my checking account and these thieves took 597.00 How is that legal? I authorized the monthly payment and nothing more.

Solution to your problem

The best way to solve your issue with this lender is to refinance the vehicle loan with another lender at a lower rate.

This should be very easy for you to refi with a credit union since your FICO score is 720 and you have made timely payments.

What is the reason they say they are allegedly adding the extra amounts? Please give all of us a reference to this supposed AG story.

First of all credit score is 720, so no issue there, secondly its due on the 6th, I paid on the 2nd, lastly they were just slammed by the AG for wrongful business practices against the military. Get your facts straight before you speak.

Put The Cards Away!

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, May 09, 2016

Being in the military has NOTHING to do with this, so don't try to play that sympathy card here because it's not going to work. You have a high APR because YOU gave yourself a high APR by developing a reputation for not paying your bills on time. Having said that, what did they say is the reason for the additional money? If you've paid late, a few reasons may be late charges and extra interest you earned for them by paying late. How about insurance coverage which is required. If you failed that, they will either do a repo or add forced placed insurance.
