Security National Automotive Acceptance Corporation SNAAC SNAAC will RIP you OFF even when you are current on payments Mason, Ohio

This financial company is the WORST people I have ever dealt with ever. They contacted the dealership saying that the $1000 we put down for the down payment was there's. After about a month of them harassing the dealership we get a call saying we OWNED another $1000 to SNAAC. No where in the contract does it say another $1000 is due to the finance company. The funny thing was they said that we should not have given the $1000 to the dealership and that was there MONEY, they said that is the way there fiance company works, I have never heard of paying a finance company the down payment.

They have already placed a collection on the vehicle and is suppose to be repossessed by the end of October. The only problem is we have not received a Letter of Cure, telling us we have 20 days to make the payment or LOSE our vehicle. By law in the State of Colorado, to repose a vehicle the financial company must send a Letter of Cure. They have told us that one was sent on the 11th of Oct, but NO certified letter has come to our address

 We have already contacted a Attorney in Denver who is working this issue, but it seems they are MAD that we have an attorney. They continue to harass us about the vehicle even contacting our family and my command. We told them to stop calling and to contact our attorney. My wife even made arrangements to pay the money on the first of the month and now since we had the attorney contact them to remind them its 20 days from the date of the receipt of the CURE letter not when it was mailed, we never received the letter until it was emailed on the 22nd of this month which is 11 days after the letter was supposedly mailed. A lady claiming to be a supervisor keeps calling us now being very rude and giving us problems, even blocking her number which is illegal collection laws strongly state you cannot block a number coming from a collector. Never finance a vehicle through this company they are NOT military friendly because if anything happens they will blow up your phone, your families phone and your command.
