SNAAC is destroying my life. I am a soldier in the US Army stationed at FT. Bragg and because of Security national I cant pay my bills. I was a new, single Soldier and I had never bought a car before and they told me that I was getting a great deal on a car. I needed a car and I believed them. They told me that My rate was very low and that I was getting a great deal. I bought a small 2 door car with 26,000 miles on it for $21,000.

By the time that I am done paying the car off I will have paid over $10,000 in interest alone and even though I have made every $700 payment on time for 2 1/2 years now, they still refuse to refinance me for a lower rate and lower payment. I have heard of several other people that were told that they were getting a good deal and are now having problems paying their bills because of the rediculously high monthly payments.

I am no longer a single soldier, but a married soldier with 2 kids that I have to support and the $700 a month car payments are making it almost impossible to pay my bills. Not to mention the fact the car now has over 100,000 miles on it and needs repairs every other month. I still have about 2 years left before the car is paid off and by then it will probably be in a junk yard somewhere.

Something has to be done before more innocent soldiers fall victim to this company. I was told that i was getting a fair and reasonable rate and if I am paying half of the cost of the car in interest then I would not call that fair.

Many of the challenging experiences our customers may complain about relate to the selling auto dealership, which we can not resolve.
