When researching marriage records, I typed in all the information requested and received a reply that marriage records for that person were found and available. After paying the fee, the records could not be found -- no records available. When I requested a refund I was told on a formatted response that they took no
responsibility for records which could not be found. So, $38.95 later, I know nothing that I did not know before. This company is a complete RIPOFF.
