cisworldwide.com is total ripoff. they jump in and say that you have to go thru them and pay 39.95 to get a report then they say no record found. Found this to be not true for it was on mich.gov. when tried to get report is when they jumped in. They then could not be contacted for a refund within a 15 minute period. could not even get their website. will not refund money and they take your money then within 3 minutes of typing in your card number. beware warn everyone you know not to give them their money.
