Went to Citgo Gas station on Old Mill Bottom Rd in Annapolis at 6am this morning. Inserted credit card, pumped $40.00 into car-got back in and had 1/8 of tank still. It was only air, went inside and reported to cashier that #9 wasn't working and was basically told they couldn't do anything. I had to go to another station, I pumped another $40.00 into car.
Now I am trying to reach my credit card company and have them take the first transaction off. I don't know who to report this to? Any ideas?

They should respond to your complaint.
It seems a little odd since air shouldn't move the metering system, and air would feel different when you are pumping, but I guess it can happen if the pump is wayyyyy off. I would file a dispute with your credit card as well.
