CITIFINANCIAL AUTO they call like 20 times a day even when you aren't 30 days late. you tell them a date you'll pay and they still call and harass you. unbelievable. never work with them again total harrassment. calls 20 times a day on both my husband and my cellphones wanting their money. gave them a payment date and still call from morning to night. unbelievable Coppell, Texas

 I have been having medical problems so i am sometimes a week or two late on my payments.  I have never been 30 days late on my auto loan.  I will call and let them know when I'll make the payment but they still call us up to 20 times a day.  They want their money and they don't want to wait.  They start calling at 7 am and up to 9pm or later in the evening.  It gets really annoying when they still call.  I could understand them calling if I was 30 days or more late but only one time especially if they know when I'll be making the payment.  This is true harassment and should not be allowed.  Not sure who to contact about them calling and have tried talking to them about all the phone calls.    I will never work with them again on any loan once my car is paid off.  If you are accepted for a loan through them - DONT DO IT.  They are horrible to work with and like to harass people.
