i borrowed money from citifinancial in 2008 it was a 15 year loan when i asked for a copy of the payment history from the start of the loan because it appears that i owe as much now as i did 8 years ago the papers they sent me reflect a 23 year loan when my origional loan papers reflect 15 years how do they get away with this kind of crap? judy canon city colorado

If you've been late with payments, you've generated extra interest for them.  That might be the reason.
