Mr. Coveney, I have been very ill, my anxiety is overwhelming with everything I have had to do in regards to my disability. I have contacted over 40 Psychiatrist's that are not accepting new patients with Medicare so my ability to continue taking my medications have caused me to go to the emergency room and the migraines have been never ending. I am preparing my documentation since I have my notes written. Contacting your firm to assist me with my disability was a huge mistake and I believe has caused my condition to go downhill more and more each day. I trusted the information that indicated you were advocates for the Disabled and ability to work. I will provide documentation, speakin with your firm consistantly requesting help. I was also contacted by a bill collector that was rude and indicated unless I paid approximately $65 for additional documentation that was unnecessary because I was seeing the same Dr but he moved offices. These are just a few of the issues, I will be completing my report to submiit with dates and who I spoke with.
