City National Bank Shawn WhiteGary YoungMike Mr Robinson Scam me out of money on a Green dot and Reloadit Card Los Angeles California

I applied for an Auto loan on April 26, 2014 with Blue Sky Auto Loans online and received a call from a Shawn Whte (916)234-9454 stating he was from City National Bank 555 Flowers Los Angeles Calf. and I had been approved for a $17,000. But because my credit score was below 680 I would have to show my payment. In order to obtain my loan I would need to go to Wal Green and obtain a green dot money card in the amount of 311.00 plus 4.95 processing fee. I did that and then was told they were unable to deposit the money in my account and something must be wtrong, I went to my bank JPMorgan Chase and spoke mwith the manager who in turn she spoke with a Mike who stated they were unable to deposit the funds, My banker told me it sounded like a scam but I told her I had written a personal check to Auto Nations in the amount of 15,768.25 (with the verification by Shawn White that my loan was approved and they would be depositing the money in my account)I then was told because of the funds not being able to transfer I would need to go to Walgreen and get another green dot card in the amount of 278.00 plus 4.95 to wire the money to my account. I did this and then was told they transfered my money to the FTC and i would need to pay 200.00 for taxes then I knew this was a scam.

I then received a call from a Gary Young (936)333-6117 who said that the company was a scam and to go to Home Depot and get a reload care in the amount of 322.00 and that he guranteed the loan. Gary also spoke with the general manager of Auto Nations and guranteed my loan' this was also a scam. I went to my local police department and filed a compaint and when I got home received a call from a Mr Robinson, who stated he represented City National Bank (954)353-8443 he was jamican and that the people were from India and scamming people and that he would file a complaint with the BBB and FTC and wanted the phones numbers that had contacted me, I then knew he was part of the scam and also wanted my police file number.
I now have to give me car back and am very embarress amd hope Auto Nation does not think I tried to steal their car.
All the people I spoke with were of India Descent.
