City National bank Fanny mae and Freddy mac over charge late fees, and huge penalties for early payoff Los Angeles Nationwide

im 81 years old i hve a loan at city national bank in los angles california the regluar mail no matteer when it is mailed will not be posted until it late so they can charge late fees even certified mail is not excepted until it is late now i do have bank transfers bank to bank and they still want to charge late charges. or they don't want bank transfers over the internet.

We applied for a loan here in SC With a better intrest rates and City national bank wants a 300,000.00 dollars early pay off penalty. From a 81 year old person that has paid bills on time since started working for a living. People need to know what is happening, This is wrong and should be some laws stopping this type of scam in my opinion.

Ps, I opened this account for my friend, I have worked for her for 15 years and can atest to this being true as far as City National bank doing her wrong as far as making her payments late by holding until late, I personally tracked 1 Payment and it arrived in LA on the 9th of the month and isnt late until the 12th, on the 15th they posted the payment and charged late fees, Where was the payment for 6 days??
