Clay Cooley Scam, false documents, dealer agreent violations dallas texas

This company lied to me they told me that they would report evey 30 days to all 3  credir bureaus and that you have a 10 day grace period......I trade in the peace of junk in july 2013 i was lucky they even took the car. I called Clay Cooley on 09/10/2013 to see what they reporyed to my credit they said i only made 4 pmt current for that hole year, that it incorrect i was never 30 days past due, rep said no but you were 1 ad 2 days pat due before, I asked her does that effect my credit she said yes evey time I told her that is BS they never siad that at the dealership nor does it say that on my contract.....then she said we report every 3 months, by this time i am pissed, that is not at all what they said. So pretty much while having the loan they damaged my credit even more that what is was, i have all my documents, pmt confirmations and all.....advised to the lady I may need to get lawer she said thats fine...I told her i work for a General Motors and I say that when i know customers are full of it and told her but there is a difference im not those customers im acually going to get one and hung up.....
