I was a new employee as of April 23,2007 when I was hired I had Informed Al Swain I had prior arrangements on July6,2007 and July9,10 2007 I would need to request those days off. Those arrangements were already in place. I needed to travel out of state to pick up my child from summer camp so I could work though the summer months for the cleaning authority and Al Swain know this.

There policy in there employee manual says you need to put your request in 7 days prior to the time you need off When he hired me he told me I couldn't take a day before or a day after a holiday which it wasn't .then they denied my request and lied and said I couldn;t take off a week before or a week after a holiday in there employee manual, which let me remind you hasn't been revised since 2005 it state nothing about a week before or a week after, it states 7 days prior to the request dates and PTO time, which they no longer offer to there employeees.

My second complaint. O yea there is more. They send a cleaning inspector out to the homes if the custumer has a complaint.So on this particular day I was at a house cleaning with my team member the inspetor needed to come to the home to inspect becouse the custmer had complaind about cob webs from the PREVIOUS CLEANERS that had been on the job. My duties at that huose that day were dusting and vaccuming and it was on what we called rotion meaning it gets a thero cleaning.

the inspector comes out and start checking my work wich is not what she was suppose to be there forand nick picking me at that. Icalled Al Swain on the job and he said becuose I was new but I was at impression I was on my own know with my team member.I was trained a week prior with a long term employee and the inspector.who had checked my work all week and reported back to Al Swain every day on my job duties, and said I was doing a good job.He had hired me becouce I had previous experience.My family owned and operated a cleaning service for many years.

So the inspector is coming out to these homes with the customer home mind you and critsizing my work Meanwhile my customers had no complaints on my behave I feeled as though I was being profiled cause mind you I was minority alot of the employees were hispanic.and the inspector was hispanic

So that day I was at that home with the inspector and she start checking my work I questioned her and said why are you checking my work? the complaint wasn't on my behalf, as we were walking out of the house she said Miss so&so I need to speak to you and I replyed o.k. she start to get nasty. Know I'm feeling a confortion coming on.So I got nasty back She started yelling at me in spanish knowing I don't know the spanish langauge .I gave her back her supplies and walked of the job. I have never had such a bad job experience of that nature and I hope people read this to know how they treat there employees

cleaning authority mistreats there employees,by going against there employee manual which hasn't been revised since 2005 they make up rules as they go along What kind of business is that? I ask.
