Clear. com and Clear Scams, beware do not order wireless services from a provider that uses deceptive promotional sign up promotions, clear.com does just this. they offer a free device by way of a promotion that gives a rebate by mail  a visa card. you will never get the card it's a scam and the bad part is it decieves you with conflicting language in the terms and time limits to redeem. within the language you have less then 5 days to redeem and if there mail room holds there mail (as it does) you have no time to redeem. and never get direct answers. its a scam and its  fraud and since clear is involved by offering this promotion via internet, phone and us mail. there are countless laws infringed upon, therfore it is illeagal.
