This company refuses to refund ANY money for airline tickets, car rentals, etc. I have lost over $1500, and then I find out that it is not the actual company they are booking your travel with that is refusing to refund, it is Priceline.com.! They are pocketing my money. I had to cancel flights, hotels and car rental, because my job was canceled. So, not only am I out of work, but over $1500 has been stolen from me for the non refundable tickets. So, my seats will be empty and my car will be unused, but PRICELINE WILL MAKE A PROFET!!!

I hate you priceline. I hope you BURN IN HELL!!!

PRICELINE deceptive business practices I called a hotel directly to book a room. They suggested that I go online and use Priceline or other in order to get a better rate. They did not mention that if I did so I could then not cancel. When booking with Priceline there was no noticeable indication of this either until AFTER I booked and they had my money. I NEVER would have used them had I realized this as my life is crazy and I often have to change things due to changing obligations. Both the hotel (Quality Inn and Suites) are deceptive and uncooperative, only out to make a buck off of unsuspecting consumers. Think twice before using this rotten company. norwalk ct
