clearsightglassesco.com Non receipt of order placed on internet because of facebook ad. Internet

I saw the ad on the internet with two vision illustrations for nightime driving with and without their glasses and being 75 and beginning to have nighttime driving problems, decided to order two pairs on Oct.11 and they immediately processed my credit card. I received a thank you email for ordering and was told that I would receive another email when they were shipped. On Oct.15, I received an email that they had been shipped on Oct. 13. This email contained an order number and a shipping number for tracking. Tonight, Oct 27, I sent them an email noting that I haven't received the glasses. I then went on the internet and ran the tracking number thru UPS. No record with them, so I emailed the supplier again asking for more shipping information and after reading the complaint on this site, maybe the shipping number applies to Chinese post and I'll get them later.  I will keep you posted on what happens now.
