clearwire joey low internet speed not what i was promise, Internet

i leased a tower from clear and when the guy was showing me netflix to show how fast the internet is and i was happy with what i saw but when i got my order from fedex it was not the same even if i had a five light signal still slow and come to find out that the company considers me as a abuser of the internet because i watch netflix and play video games online....i thought that was normal internet usage but when i go online with a live chat joey kept sayin that they have to spread internet to everyone on that tower so i told him that im just asking for my fair share of the internet that i was promise but i got the samething so i gave up
