Clearwire Rarely Provides Services Paid For Internet

Once again, Clearwire isn't providing the basic speeds as sepcified by my account, as posted on my account page. Instead of the 6Mps down and 1Mps up, I am getting maybe 330kps down and 310kps up. Called tech again, as I did less than 10 days ago, for the same problem (along with connectivity). This time the tech-kiddie doesn't do any tests on my end, but says that Level 2 has determined the slow speedsa "on my tower" are due to heavy traffic. Nope, Clearwire is not even an also ran here in the Houston area, not that many users due to Comcast, U-verse, AT&T land, Consolidated and other ISPs being widely available. When I made the suggestion that maybe their engineers should wotk on the tower capabilities to provide the services they charge for, I was actually told "there is no information I can provide you", in other words eff off, you're just a customer. Interesting enough, the speeds started rising as I was on the phone with "tech", - just like last time I called. Clearwire starts It apparently is time that our Attorney General's office start looking into the fraud perpetrated by Clearwire, as so many other states haave already done.
