  Cleverbridge is an "online" business that sells variety of programs to make life easier.....

 bought and paid for a software  but i could not download because my machine is not compatible
with it.

within minutes i sent an email and told them what was going on.  they replied and asked me to call.
i replied and told them i cannot use the phone because i am deaf.....

maybe they didn't like that......  well, neither do i but that is not the matter.....  although their site
says nothing like "All Sales Are Final. No Refunds"  but they sure act like that......

I too do business on line..   if a buyer is not satisfied with a product i sell, they get an immediate
refund.  i can understand some people think that is foolish because the buyer still has the product
in their possession....  what if they don't return the product....  for the past 11 years i have been
selling on line, that never happened.

getting back to the Cleverbridge....  the last time i heard from them was the time i was asked to call in.....   i did ask for a refund...  you know what i got?  ZIP!  I thought since i paid on line through
on line clearing house for payments...  i filed for a refund through them....  (they are about as good
as a tit on a boar hog--got no where with them)...   however  i did emailed the swindlers and
asked  what possible reasoning you are using to justify not giving me a refund?   i am waiting
for their reply... hopefully i'll get one before i die.  i inform them since i am not in the habit of letting
people take advantage of internet to steal,  since i paid with a credit card, i will be doing a chargeback.   AND DID!

if you trust peoples essential goodness...... keep doing that.  but also understand there are these
kinds of people who will try to take advantage of our trusting nature.  there are ways to deal with
that..... BUT....... BEVARE OF CLEVERBRIDGE....

what did you think "I contacted them immediately" mean?
that was not the ONLY time.  when i got no reply to my emails (i have copies if you'd like to see them
all you need to do is: Ask.) i went to Paypal, after waiting close to two weeks, Paypal decided, "since
it was not a physical item, on line "download"......" and gave up using that excuse.  since i have no one handing me forty bux........  i went and done a chargeback through the cc people.  The whole
thing took about a month.  i am still trying to figure out why would it take a month to get a refund
on an item you sell.  I too sell on line. i too refunded buyers who were not happy with the product
(three refunds in ten years)  it never took me that long......
