I ordered Seasons 1-4 of "Early Edition", a show that was on TV for several years. I thought that I was buying new DVDs--not something that was taped off of PAX and CBS!! Most of the DVDs don't even play because of the fragmenting. I've emailed the company several times to see if I can get a refund and they don't respond. They are definitely a ripoff company! I thought that they would be reputable since they were linked to Amazon.com, but they're not! If I wanted this much frustration watching something that is fragmenting the whole time I watch it I would just watch my own TV with all its' fragmenting because we can't get cable or Dish network were we live. How do I get a refund?
