I ordered from this website because the prices seemed pretty good and I needed the items before December 6th. I got half of my order on Decemeber 8th.

The box it came in was pretty much destroyed. When I opened the box there were two VHS cases in it - both of which were totally broken. In the VHS cases were 37 DVD-Rs (burned DVDs) with the print-it-yourself CD sticker lables on them.

I have not been able to contact the company nor have they made any effort to respond to my emails. I have notified the BBB and ecommerce as well as my credit card company.

Don't order from these people. No where on the website does it say that you will be receiving burned media. I looked at the real products on Amazon yesterday only to find that the two items were cheaper than I paid for them at clickdvdmedia.com but we also eligible to be next day shipped for free. I feel like a total moron.
