I ordered a box set. Immediately got a confirmation saying that my order would be processed in 1-2 days and that I would receive an e-mail confirmation when the order had been "successfully processed." Shipment would occur within 48-72 hours of confirmation of my order. Delivery would be approximately 10-14 business days. Got a confirmation e-mail from "Haley Martin - haley.martin302@gmail.com." Gave me my order ID number and said that I could expect the item in 8-12 days. Never received anything. My e-mail to "Haley Martin" bounced back undeliverable and when I e-mailed the company, I got an auto response that I'd hear back from them in 24-48 hours. I've never heard a word. I canceled the charge on my credit card and will be reporting the company to both Amazon and the FBI.

Hi there .. Same thing happened to me .. I have sent anthony.smithson19@gmail.com but no response (it didn't bounce back but I never got a reply from him either). If you are having problems send Tracy Wallace an e-mail it is tvdvdsupport@gmail.com It takes a few days for her to reply (but that's no exsuse neither).
I did some digging from other people who wrote about them and here are there phone numbers:
1 850 632 4050, 647 722 9393 (when you do a search on them it comes up as a Toronto phone # GT Group that phone # is 416 848 2000 but is NIS; and lastly a number in Illinois is 217 334 4083.
I was leaving countless phone messages to the numbers and finally Tracy sent me an e-mail stating "Our transactions are all concluded via e-mail, so a phone call would not be feasible. Please however feel free to e-mail with all questions/requests, and we would be happy to get back to you as soon as possible."
Hope this helps .. because 1 of the phone numbers is in Toronto I have contacted a local tv studio that reports scum bags like them; hopefully they will be able to track them down!
