Clout Global Korp, FMK Holdings, Francis Koenig Plagiarized, Lied then lost in court Los Angeles California

Hi my name is David Condon. I was raised and have lived in Santa Monica or Pacific Palisades for my entire life.

I’m writing this letter for two reasons.

1. All my investor friends and partners in numerous businesses
2. The Founder of the company I am currently engaged

I personally know or am connected to 100s if not 1,000s of real investors, big investors with wealth.  Realizing how many lives I touch, I’ve known a lot of you guys my entire life. I can’t let you get lured into working with Global Korp AKA Francis Koenig. He will ask you to invest in a company called “Clout”.

I am a partner in a company that is based on ethical solutions to relationship problems. We paid Francis Koenig via Global Korp $22,000 to create some tech for us. Francis Koenig gave us plagiarized work.

Francis has purported to raised over 110M Dollars for PORN and now he claims he is some sort of financial company; Clout. Considering that we hired him to build technology and he returned plagiarized work he found on the Internet. Guess what? Not cool. 

Today, I watched Francis Koenig lose in court after he tried to abuse the judicial system for his gain. The Judge, “This is a waste of resources”

It was submitted, in open court, that Francis Koenig has been accused of FRAUD by multiple people over the years, in numerous publications, including the SEC. The Judge barked, “That’s admissible.” 

Francis Koenig has a long line of Internet write-ups about him and the kind of business he does; I wish we had believed it. I feel like adding mine is necessary since I did not get to testify against him today in court.

This is my first hand account. I’m posting this on BOTH my Facebook pages. Francis Koenig is simply unethical from my position as a partner. He failed in court today and now, this is the stick. We offered him the carrot.

Francis Koenig believes that he can navigate the waters where heavy capital really flows & spit in our face? Really? Ok. good luck on that. You already gave back a portion of the money you took, we’ll be coming after all of it and looking at every option to penalize you for your uncivilized actions.
