Do not trust Club Navigo. Every agent in this company is a liar. Do not listen to them since they promise you anything you want and it turns out to be a huge lie.First of all, the agent Aziz told us that we have 30 day to cancel the contract. For real it is just 10 days. Then, he said that we do not have to participate in the lecture every time we visit Florida or St.Croix and it is not true too. You have to participate 90 minutes lecture every single time you visit them. Also Aziz told us that we can make reservation any time we want and they always have dates available for us since we are the valuable customers. Lie. I called them 3 days in a row 6 months before the date that I needed; they never have anything available for the dates I asked in any location. They only have available the dates when it is just impossible to travel( hurricane, storms). Customer service in Club Navigo is horrible. It is absolutely pointless to call them because they do not help you at all. Every time the agent put you on hold for 30 minutes ,then comes back and tells you that it is not available. When I asked them to tell me when it is available they told me that the system didn't give this information and they need exact dates, which turns out to be unavailable. This is a fraud company! They exist to stole your money. Beware of Club Navigo. Do not fall on what they offer you. Be smarter than us! I wish I read reviews from other people before I came there.

Club Navigo deceptive practices

I can't believe this. I just read the complaint from Marsha in Bridgeport, WV and I was floored. Just about everything she said in her complaint was said to me. Almost verbatim.
Guaranteed use anytime, anyplace. Here is Marsha's quote.
"I was reassured that I could use them anytime, anywhere in their resorts and would have no trouble getting reservations, even at the last minute. Well that was a joke. I have tried making reservations at their "all-inclusive" resorts, only to be told there is no availablity."
This is like deja vu.
I purchased a so called platinum membership which apparently is being treated as any other timeshare. According to the sales person, with platinum I am guaranteed to be accommodated anytime, even with a 2 week notice. They actually did this the last time I used it. (mmmm). Now they are saying this policy does not exist. I recently called to make my reservation which incidently I have only used once and it is around New Years. And was told that dates were not available. I find that curious because the last time we used it, we had the same difficulty explaining the "platinum" ownership. But after some phone wrangling, we were given the dates we wanted. This time I am experiencing the same crap as before.
Incidently, I live in the state of Florida and have the occasion of going down to South Beach. What I hae seen truly disturbs me. I place looks like a dump. Where is this maintenance money going? I spoke to the owner the time that I was down there and told me all these grandious plans. Of which none have occurred, including the ratty furniture on the front porch.
Furthermore, it seems to me that they are using this place to house their family and friends. How do I know it was family?) I speak spanish and I heard the conversations. I actually saw someone one hanging out of the window and another person eating rice and beans with Chicken. ( Yes, I was close enough to see that)
One more thing. It seems that avoidance and difficulty in reaching someone in charge is their way of dealing with their owners.
Okay with that all said. I am ready to do whatever it takes to get what I was promised or get some resolution of this situation.
This is deceptive at it's best and customer service at it's worse. I am not going to give up my quest for justice. I have nothing but time and money on my hands. I am willing to use both to get what was promised.

It is beyond me why the state of Florida does not put a stop to this!!! I too was a victim of Club Navigos sales people. I have written a complaint, which you can read here and they responded saying things were worked out. Well as far as I'm concerned I am just stuck with a payment every month for something I will most likely never use because they always have excuses as too why you cant get the vacation you want. I would recommend, as I did, in contacting the BBB and attorney generals office in Florida. Maybe if enough of us do that they will begin to listen.
