You are promised if you spend two hours a three days and two night vàcation at a hotel of your choice they give you a limited list For six months now I've been trying to book a Hotel and every time they say there's no availability. The certificate expires in one year so basically it's a scam they get you to go there they hope you buy one but if you don't you do not get the gift promised it's such a waste of time . I try to call corporate office but there is no phone number for corporate office you only get the runaround I wanted to speak to the CEO to let them know it's very unethical when they call you over any kiosk making false promises their mission statement is completely wrong what they put on their website about how wonderful they are.

I found out it's the promotional company they use called Fasttrack that is responsible for the gift once Wyndham hands it to you they are not responsible. For 6 months I have tried to book something with Fasttrack I gave them a 25 deposit, they claim to never have inventory so it is this company that is the true scam.
