I WAS RIPPED OFF BY CMS REBATE CTR OF DEL RIO TEXAS OF $25.00 FOR THE PACQUIAO VS COTTO FIGHT NOV 14,2009 . I HAVE SENT LETTERS OF INQUIRY AND RECIECED NO ANSWERS. MY NEXT STEP IS TO FILE WITH THE TEXAS STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE .THIS FIGHT WAS ON HBO-PPV FOR $55.00 AND THE REBATE OFFER WAS MADE ON NATIONAL TV .SOME ONE IS OPERATING A SCAM IN DEL RIO TEXAS .
