CMS REBATE CENTER ,cmspromocheck.com Wrongfully denied my $3 in juice Del Rio, Texas

Bought the Korbel champagne and orange juice. Filed all paperwork per the rebate coupon. Spent $0.75 on the envelope and stamp. They had the GALL to say that I hadn't complied - even after I called them to complain. Note that CMS has no official phone number in Texas - the "call center" is in North Carolina. When I said "Oh, so CMS is run out of the owner's garage, right? That's why there's no company phone in Texas, right?" a formerly cheerful operator named Diane hung up on me! As a retired fraud investigator, I believe that when I spoke the truth, it was too much for her to bear and rather than admit my words were true, she avoided answering by hanging up!
