Coal Cosmetics "Free trial" is NOT free! Internet

 I haven't used this yet but I bought the moisturizer and eye serum as "Free Trials". They weren't! You have to read the terms and conditions very carefully! If you don't call them within 14 days of starting the "Free Trial", they charge your card automatically. I had only had the products for 3-4 days when I had a charge for $89.69 to "Kulskin" and another charge of $86.96 to "Clean Beauty". When I called the number listed by my bank, 1-800-694-0362, I was told that I hadn't called the number listed in the terms in time to cancel so they charged me full price for each item. The customer service rep agreed to cancel my subscription and refund half the money. I then looked up the terms in the Coal Cosmetics website and found a customer service number, 1-866-968-2247, that I tried to call to see if I could return the unopened items and get a full refund. The rep at that number had no record of me or these products. It was for a different skincare company. (But at least she spoke English). I called the original number again and got a different rep. I tried to explain that I wanted to return the items for a full refund but she wouldn't let me. She kept interrupting and saying, "We're giving you a 50% refund. You don't have to send them back. You can keep them for yourself or give them to a friend." AAUUGGHH. So now I'm stuck with these 2 products that sound too good to be true. I was willing to risk $5 shipping for each of them, but I never would have paid $42 each, let alone the $87-$90 they tried to charge.
