coal cosmetics credit card rip off los angeles California

Ordered samples "free" product as advertised on internet. Postage was over $4. Noted charges for $90 and $86 on my credit card. Had received nothing but the samples. After noticing I received 2 boxes from Coal and returned both. Called credit card company to dispute charges and let Coal know I was on to their "scam". Merchant (Coal) to me they would refund all money if I ended credit card dispute. I sent email saying disputes were closed and now they want me to send them something in writing. However, when i asked for address so I could mail the info I was told via email that it would take some time before they could provide me with an fax number or an address. I am ready to take legal action if the refunding does not go through. This company should not be allowed to continue this scam operation and if I can do anything to stop them I sure as hell will.
