Coastline & Associates Rita Thomas They said I needed to overnight my payment of $79.99 as a settlement to pay monthly toward a credit card debt. I did say I can only pay $50.00 per month but they didn't agree with that. They said I would receive an email with a contract that I should immediately look at when I receive the email. I never received it. Irvine California

I received a voice mail message from a company called Coastline & Associates.  They said I would be sued for ove $1,300 for a credit card debt.  I called back and they told me the credit card company is ready to sue me if I don't start paying toward the debt.  

I told them I just got a job after not working for 5 years; however, they said I couldn't settle for less than $79.99 a month.  I was to overnight them this amount no matter what.  

I talked to Rita Thomas who gave me her number as being 949-558-0449 in case I have questions.  She said she would send me an email with a written agreement/contract but never did.  

I was concerned so I did agree to do all of this.  At the same time, it didn't sound right, so I checked out their company online and it seems there have been other complaints and I called that number and it is not active.
