CoastLine & Associates, aka Maria Perez Harrassing calls to cell phone, called family's cell phones, threat with lawsuit and even jail. Irvine California

I received multiple calls back in Feb. 2016 from CoastLine about a credit card debt I owed from 2002. They had all the right info and said all the right things. They even went so far as to call my oldest son. Well, I called and set up an agreement to repay $2400 of the $4909.29 they said I owed.

2002 wasn't a very good time for me and I didn't remember much, so I had them debit my bank account with my debit card. I paid a total of $600.00 to them.

Run forward to yesterday 9/19/2016. My bank just merged ith another, so my debit card has changed. I receive a call from CoastLine yesterday around 11:30am, I tell them to call me back after 5pm because I'm at work and can't talk right now.

12:15pm or so comes and I have at least 3 voice messages from them threatening to sue and or serve papers. Then my ex sister n law gets a call from them also, now I've have no contact with her for more than 10 years, beside facebook.

My son gets a call that he doesn't answer and they leave a voice message, saying that they're calling about a legal matter and want me to call 800-448-4606 and speak with their legal dept. about case # 78625. This was at 4:20pm 

As soon as my son listens to the message his wife gets a call on her cell, she answers and hands the phone to my son. They tell him they are trying to contact me to serve me with legal papers and this is their final attempt. He says knowone has attempted to serve any papers because he has been home the majority of the days.

He says where are you serving? They tell him an old address that I haven't lived at in 8 years. He doesn't give out the address.

During all this time I listen to the voice messages and it gets me thinking, so I call First Premier and their employee looks it up and says it was sold, then I call the next company and it's been sold again, I finnally get to the end of the line.

That person says it was sold and that company has been out of business since 2011. So I google CoastLine and it comes back with a surpus of scam reports. I was oblivious!
